Family Bike Parade
​
The Family Bike Parade provides families an opportunity to show off their creativity while parading through a portion of the course. Costumes, themes and bike decorations are encouraged, with prizes awarded to the three most creative entries!
Line up starts at 5:45 pm with the parade commencing at 6:15 pm led by the Fox Valley Flourish Twirling Club. Sign-up will be available at the Information Tent on the day of the race. Come join the fun!
​River Challenge Social
​
The West Dundee River Challenge Social starts at 6:30 pm in the Restaurant and Entertainment Corridor. Join the Party!
Local restaurants will feature race day menus and drinks, served race-side to catch all the cycling action at the hair pin turn and the start of "The Leg Breaker". Bag sets will also be available to play.
The Komoniwana Music Stage will feature live music by local band Chicago Handshake to enjoy while eating, drinking and dancing at the end of the racing day.
​The Comcast Xfinity KidZone
Located in Grafelman Park, the Comcast Xfinity KidZone will feature the ever-popular Meltdown Challenge and, new this year, the Adrenaline Rush Extreme. Kids and adults alike will enjoy the challenge of staying on their podium while avoiding the two rotating bars of the Meltdown. The Adrenaline Rush Extreme is over 1800 square feet of fun and excitement. The obstacles include a double lane race featuring pop-outs and squeeze walls as well as a rock climb and ends in the massive last slide - a heart-pounding extreme experience.

There will also be a Photo Opportunity area, to capture the memories of the day!
